Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servery Staff to join our team at Mary Andrews. In this role, you will ensure a high-quality dining experience for our elderly residents, contributing to their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Serve meals and beverages to residents with care and attention.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the servery and dining areas.
Assist in food preparation and presentation.
Engage with residents, providing excellent customer service.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for enhancing the dining experience for residents.
