Gladstone Hospital provides a range of services to Gladstone and the Banana region. Our Destination 2030: Great Care for Central Queenslanders strategy will see Gladstone Hospital developed as a centre for emergency care, medical inpatient and day surgery excellence. This will optimise outreach services to deliver care closer to home in the Gladstone and Banana rural communities.

About the role:
Provide a safe and efficient transport support service to the Gladstone consumers of the Radiation Oncology Services and other Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) services as directed. As per CQHHS procedures transport patients to and from Gladstone and Rockhampton Hospitals.

About you:

• While not mandatory, a current first aid certificate would be well regarded.
• Experience in the provision of a safe and quality focused environment by ensuring safe work practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated written and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.

What we offer:Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $3,853 p.m. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $30.33 - $32.36 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading
