This role can be based in our offices in Brussels, Paris, 's-Hertogenbosch, Copenhagen, or Malmö.

Your Impact

As Chief Product & Technology Officer, you will define and drive the strategic product and technology vision, ensuring alignment with efficy’s overall business goals. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the entire product lifecycle and oversee a team of 140+ professionals across product, engineering, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business strategy, market needs, and emerging trends.
• Develop and manage a global product roadmap, ensuring cohesion across product lines, geographies, and customer segments.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring scalable and innovative development processes.
• Lead key transversal projects, such as seamless integration of Mar Tech solutions, AI enhancements across product lines, and product partnerships, including M&A integration.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Drive product investment decisions, overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, and headcount planning.
• Define product performance metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the executive team to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.

Your Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in product management, development, and software engineering, ideally in high-growth Saa S or Big Data environments.
• Extensive leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor large, distributed teams.
• Proven success in developing and launching data-driven technical products at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to identify market trends and translate them into product opportunities.
• A track record of building high-performance teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Ideally located in one of our operating hubs: France, Belgium, Netherlands, or Denmark, with flexibility for remote work.
