Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience;
• Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience;
• Experience in establishing and managing budgets.

Duties/role:

• Taking care of overall financial management of all the Agency's Operating Costs including scrutinising and approving requests for funding against the Corporate Plan and monthly reporting;
• Monitoring Agency Operating Costs, data quality and performance metrics as developed;
• Overseeing of the separate operating budget for the NCI Organisation (NCIO) Independent Secretariat.
