We are looking for a Data Business Analyst who will play a critical role in transforming business needs into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis skills to support decision-making processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Type: Hybrid (2-3 days at the client’s office)
Languages: French OR Dutch + English
Eligibility: Candidates must already reside in the European Union and hold an EU passport/work permit (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
-Support the supply chain department by converting use cases and requests into actionable reports and analyses.
-Conduct impact analyses and translate reporting and analysis needs into precise data requirements.
-Perform exploratory data analyses and present insights in appropriate formats such as dashboards, self-service BI, and datasets.
-Collaborate with business teams to ensure a clear understanding of delivered solutions.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Business Analyst.
-Previous experience with SAP.
-Proficient in modeling languages (SQL/Python) and data manipulation.
-Experience in developing or using BI solutions.
-Expertise in data visualization principles and best practices.
-Familiarity with Big Data technologies.
-Solid understanding of Data Warehouse solutions, including dimensional modeling, ETL, and enterprise data models.
-Knowledge of Machine Learning principles and various modeling techniques.
-Strong business acumen and curiosity, supported by technical data skills, enabling clear and actionable analysis for stakeholders.
-Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
-Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business-oriented audiences.
