The Head of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance is a key member of our regional Benelux team, reporting to our General Manager Belgium & Luxembourg, Agathe Palliere-Caline this role will also support our commercial operations in the Netherlands and be an integral part of both leadership teams.
The Head of Regulatory & Quality (RQ) Benelux is responsible for overseeing and leading the RQ Department and associated activities across the Be Ne Lux cluster. In addition to that, the Head of Regulatory & Quality (RQ) Benelux will act as the Responsible Pharmacist (Qualified Person) for the 3 countries .

The Head of RQ is accountable for Regulatory affairs, and provides regulatory strategy for the Department.

The Head of RQ is accountable for Quality Assurance in a broadly and provides quality strategy for the Department including Responsible Pharmacist role.
The Head will contribute towards stakeholder value by providing RQ leadership and operational input towards Affiliates’ strategic and tactical activities.
To do so, the Head will work closely with business unit, market access, and medical affairs departments in the Benelux countries in order to contribute to the achievement of strategic business objectives.
These RQ initiatives will support and help deliver medium and long-term profitable business growth, within the strategic framework of the Ipsen Group’s ethics and compliance requirements.
