A day in the life of the head of TS Sales Belgium
  • Manage a team of ca. 5 TS Sales consultants
  • Steer the team for profitable growth and efficient way of working
  • Actively contribute to the TS Growth plan, both local and global, drive the strategy
  • Manage your own TS portfolio of clients, generate new deals with existing clients, as well as with new clients
  • Manage end-to-end the pre-lead, pitching and proposal process effectively and efficiently in cooperation with your colleagues in the deal team across various departments and countries
  • Spot trends in the market, monitor & understand client needs and spread the knowledge & feedback throughout the organisation
  • Be the face of ING TS in the market, participate to external events
  • Be part of the TS Sales MT, work in close collaboration with Head of TS Sales Belux and Head of TSAM
  • Maintain and reinforce contact with Sectors & Lending

  • You have preferably minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • You are fluent in English. French/Dutch is an advantage.
