Your mission:
As a Technical Owner , you will be a leading member of an agile team, guiding them them in designing, developing and modifying complex software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the customer, the business analyst and product owner to understand the requirements.
- Collaborating with the scrum team, fellow technical owners and Architects to design and implement cost-effective cloud based solutions.
- Ensuring modular and flexible designs, in line with commonly used industry design patterns that meet the functional and non-functional requirements.
- Communicating any risk/issue that might impact the solution, cost or timing and proposing mitigation actions.
- Conducting design and code reviews.
- Participating in the execution of design and innovation research.
- Maintaining relationships and consultations with various teams to ensure coherence between applications of different domains.
- Actively seeking the latest technical evolutions to leverage continuous technological improvements.
Your profile:
We do not only deliver letters and parcels, but also opportunities. This job is open to all with diverse backgrounds and talents, possessing the following skills:
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business IT development and 3 years in Agile methodology.
- Expertise in AWS Cloud, Security, java, angular, sql, and tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to use new ideas for change and innovation.
- Strong thought leadership with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Business impact awareness with a value-based approach and effective influencing skills.
- Effective team leadership and communication skills, with an ability to build cohesive teams and guide senior management.
