As the Supply Chain Assistant, you will step into a dynamic role where you ensure smooth operations and keep inventory levels!

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will play a crucial part in our team by:

• Supporting in supply plans to ensure product availability and correct inventory levels.
• Overseeing daily operations, including handling customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and distributors to manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
• Monitoring and analyzing consumption: keep an eye on usage patterns to spot potential issues and suggest improvements.
• Supporting inventory management: monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to keep everything running smoothly.
• Collaborating across teams: work with various departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
• Assist in conducting performance analysis: regularly analyze data to track supply chain metrics and performance.
• Participate in diverse projects aimed at enhancing production, FAB operations, finance, and IT.

Who you are

• Bachelor's Supply Chain or Logistics or equivalent by experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential.
• Good knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
