Job: Customer Experience Analyst (GSDN)
As a Customer Experience Analyst (GSDN) at Simplus a 1World Sync, responsibilities include the following:

• Acting in Onboarding and Support processes for customers and partners.
• Leading the implementation of Pilot projects.
• Engaging those involved in understanding and using it through presentations and training.
• Bridging the gap with the Simplus 1World Sync global team to exchange learning and best practices.
• Monitoring solution usage to ensure customers get the most out of the contracted solution.
