Job: Customer Experience Analyst (GSDN)
As a Customer Experience Analyst (GSDN) at Simplus a 1World Sync, responsibilities include the following:

Conduct and align the main expectations of LATAM customers regarding the use of the Content Cast, IM or Power Reviews solution, guide the customer in using the systems and apply online training.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Acting in Onboarding and Support processes for customers and partners.
Leading the implementation of Pilot projects.
Engaging those involved in understanding and using it through presentations and training.
Bridging the gap with the Simplus 1World Sync global team to exchange learning and best practices.
Monitoring solution usage to ensure customers get the most out of the contracted solution.

Language Requirement

Advanced English and Spanish required.
