Position Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Júnior with a background in the life sciences sector to join our sales team in our office in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid work mode).
The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills in lead qualification, sales prospecting, and direct sales/selling responsibilities. This role is crucial in driving our sales growth by identifying and nurturing high-quality leads and converting them into satisfied customers.
- Assess and qualify inbound leads generated from trials, marketing campaigns and other various website inquiries via phone, email and other resources to determine their interest.
- Support customers through trialing the software and getting them technical support and resources when needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further development and closure.
- Work in close coordination with territory sales representative, channel sales qualified prospects for further development, negotiation, and closure.
- Take full responsibility of some assigned opportunities, follow-up with a sense of urgency and close business agreements within a given time frame.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead qualification and sales activities to management.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Position Requirements
-
1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in the life sciences. - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and its key players.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Advanced level of English and Portuguese (mandatory).
