Key Responsibilities:

• Education:
• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Computer Science, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • English (required); Spanish is a plus.
• Experience:
• • 8+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and vendor management.
  • Strong experience in RFI / RFP / RFQ processes, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and risk management.
  • MS Office package; Power BI reports (coding preferred).
• Soft Skills:
• • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage procurement teams.
  • Experience with sustainable procurement practices.
