We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator in North York, Ontario. This role is in the industry of accounting and finance. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications
• Maintaining precise customer credit records
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving them effectively
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions
• Performing billing duties and managing accounts receivable
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all billing activities
• Regularly reviewing customer accounts for irregularities
• Communicating with customers regarding their account status
• Assisting in the implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Proficiency in Billing processes and procedures
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Ability to manage and maintain client accounts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of financial software systems would be advantageous
• Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
