Patroller (Full time/Permanent)
We are currently seeking a Patroller for our Ottawa location. The Patroller will be responsible for completing patrols on foot throughout the day. As well as processing employee parking applications and revalidations, addressing phone calls inquiries related our parking space, and performing various administrative tasks associated with Employee Parking.
Responsibilities:

• Perform monitoring activities to ensure compliance with the posted guidelines at parking facilities and issue notices to vehicles not in compliance
• Provide support to all costumers regarding parking concerns and questions
• Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
• Tracking parking passes both issued and returned
• Ensure proper distribution of assigned parking facilities based on space availability
• Perform Parking Permit admin duties as directed
• Generate and submit reports according to their deadlines
• Keeping an organized work environment
• Assist with other office tasks as assigned
• Complete all forms and reports as specifically directed

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Required Qualifications:

• Must be capable of walking for extended periods of time as well as occasionally lifting.
• Valid G class driver's license and clean driver's abstract / have a reliable vehicle that you can use for the role
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required
• Fluent in the French language
• Proven customer service-oriented attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities

Please note that the last step in this hiring process will be to complete a full Police Record Check in order to become deputized. This will be at the expense of the chosen candidate.
