职位概要
建立和维护公司的销售网络，开发和拓展市场，完成公司制定的销售目标，收集信息汇报市场状况，基础资料整理，完善售后服务。

主要职责

• 大客户沟通与维护：负责大客户咨询服务工作，并提供技术服务。
• 销售达成：根据市场需求调整产品配方或营销策略，不断拓展销售渠道，达成销售目标，提高市场占有率和销售额。
• 产品研发：调查了解行业现状，主要竞争对手产品SWOT分析，进行数据汇总，并设计/优化ADM产品。
• 技术培训：定期对技术团队进行肉牛营养相关培训（营养配方，现场管理，方案解决，产品特性等）。
• 总部方案引进：经常与总部专家对接，把国外先进技术和方案引进到国内。
• 报告与总结：定期提交销售报告，总结销售业绩和市场情况，为企业发展提供数据支持。

岗位要求

• 专科及以上学历，动物营养/市场营销相关专业。
• 1-3年配合料客户销售管理经验。
• 能适应出差，致力于在本行业长期发展。
• 有渠道及终端猪养殖资源优先。
• 有动保销售经验，大客户销售经验优先。
