Job Purpose
The role will be responsible for creating and developing high quality and innovative confectionery foods (Gummy, Tablet, Chocolate etc), Sweet Snack/Baked Goods/Personal Care product to meet the needs of customers and achieve commercialization objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct daily PD&A Sweet Goods & Personal Care application activities to achieve ADM China Human Nutrition business objectives. Well communicate, support and align with line-manager to execute team target.
• Strong self-driving capability to lead innovation, and build up technical application capabilities in confectionery (Gummy, Tablet, Hard Candy, Chocolate) and sweet snack/baked goods etc. Sweet Goods category.
• Strong project management skills, Executive and independent handle assigned project properly, create product concept and develop new product together with cross functional team. Optimize products according to customer requirement and solve technical problems.
• Visit key account in Sweet Goods category and communicate properly with customer on product concepts / taste. Present products skill and technical support for the key customers to win business. Value appreciation receive from customer side to steady customer relationship.
• Work with Marketing, Sales team and Flavor Creation team to run internal ideation process, Strong marketing sense to deliver great concepts according to customer brief.
• Support to execute lab task such as lab daily work, lab safety, purchase comment supplements for application lab etc. Support department manager to conduct new staff skills training.

Your Profile

• Food science or technology, Bachelor degree /Master degree.
• 8 years or above working experience in Ingredient Company, Confectionery/Bakery company or flavor house.
• Confectionery & Bakery industry background, know its facility or equipment.
• Good project management skills and Write clear/comprehensive reports
• Highly motivated/passion and positive to get work done.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and Good interpersonal /team work skills
• Fluent English, strong conversational and written skills
• Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Power Point and related programs for organizing data and summarizing test results.
