Job Description
Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
- Able to manage assigned project independently; visit customer to clearly understand customer’s need and work closely with innovation platform partners to create new product concept and develop product in beverage, demo samples and follow up the project until its success;
- Application and adjustment of flavors in Beverage based and Alcoholic based products.
- Manage formula and issue other related documents.
- Trouble shooting for our internal and external customers. Provide technical support to the key customers and align with regional sales to complete the sales target;
- Responsible for the technical communication with related department and colleagues during the project implementation process.
- In accordance with the requirements of GLP and ISO requirement to manage daily work
- Support department manager to conduct new staff skills training and complete the department training plan;
Your Profile
- Food science/technology/engineering, bachelor degree /master degree
- 10 years or above working experience in beverage industry, flavor & fragrance company (flavor house) application experience is more preffered.
- Good written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal /team work skills
- Highly motivated/passion and positive to get work done.
- Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Power Point and related programs for organizing data and summarizing test results
