The Sr. Filed Application Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for providing necessary pre-sales product demonstrations (application/design support) as well as after-sales installation, training, and/or customer service activities to support sales targets

This position is part of the BP China Spec in team located in Shanghai or Hangzhou and will be on site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Provide technical and application leadership in the sales process, showcasing all product features to customers based on their needs, including potential uses, product performance, and advantages
• Ability to assist clients in process development (providing application solutions, training, and other services)
• Write a good post training report and regularly provide customer satisfaction and demand feedback
• Continuous after-sales customer support, including on-site and telephone hotline secondary support
• Continuously improve and optimize customer utilization of our products, increase customer satisfaction and product market share
• Support industry conferences through product demonstrations, promotions, and customer training

Who you are:

• Major in biopharmaceuticals, with a master's degree or above, at least 2 years of experience in chromatography related technology.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, willing to travel within the designated area and ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to give product pre-sales and after-sales speeches on client and public occasions, and capable of participating in national sales conferences and industry meetings
• Team oriented and customer-oriented
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• biopharmaceutical downstream process development or technical transfer
