Strategy Implementation Manager

Job Summary
Scope of Role
- Work with different departments to ensure Affluent key business strategy implementation effectively. Track key initiatives/programs implementation result, identify business opportunity and provide insightful analysis to management and key stakeholders, to support continuously business growth.
Key Responsibilities/Challenges
- Understand, acknowledge and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies;
- Effectively ensure and intensify internal controls by keeping abreast with developments of applicable local laws and regulations on accountabilities;
- Perform job duties with diligence, contribute to efforts as an individual or as a team member so as to avoid any actual or potential legal sanctions, regulatory penalties, material financial loss, or adverse reputational impact on the Bank;
- Be responsible for failure to follow relevant rules and processes, failure to properly perform the responsibilities, and implement corrections;
- Cooperate with any investigations or reviews on regulatory failure such as accountability review;
- Oversee Pan-China Micro Marketing budget planning, regularly review MM performance, monitor cost consuming progress and provide budget re-allocation proposal and improvement plan if needed to optimize MM effectiveness;
- Work with Segment/Product on new product/program implementation, include but not limit to organize focus group to collect frontline feedback, review and fine-tune sales script and ensure sufficient training in place;
- Proactively monitor new product/program etc new initiatives performance, identify and evaluate sales constrain during implementation, timely feedback to Affluent management and stakeholder for further optimization;
- Regularly conduct existing product portfolio analysis and existing program review, along with market intelligence and frontline feedback, provide insightful optimization proposal to management;
- Driving key business initiatives aiming for QPC & Deposit growth and related sales productivity uplift, tracking on progress and review of initiative effectiveness;
- Other ad-hoc projects management.
Our Ideal Candidate
- University degree holder with a banking industry experience
- Sound knowledge of banking products
- A team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English & Mandarin
- Excellent time management, analytical and numerical skills as well as good knowledge of PC software such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
- Accounting knowledge and strong financial skills an asset
- Other than above roles, job holder should follow other job duties and responsibilities assigned by line manager from time to time.
- Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.
