For this role, you are required to work from Prague office 2 days a week, the rest is work from home. Medtronic does not cover the cost of relocation to Prague, Czech Republic.

Support EMEA Team is responsible for:
As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- cooperating with local finance and extended Business Process Outsourcing Vendor teams
- driving and supporting Order To Cash projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- ensuring knowledge retention of standard process though creating Subject Matter Expert community and up to date desktop procedures
- auditing Service Level Agreement results and following up on any deviations
- investigating data sources to identify gaps in performance or existing processes
As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Business Process Outsourcing Vendor partner with meeting and exceeding Cash Application and Cash Collection targets
- Subject Matter Expert of the Collection and Cash application functions
- Act as a change agent, helping the organization through their Accounts Receivable journey
- Seek opportunities to raise quality standards and minimize lead times
- Contributing and leading project to standardize processes across EMEA Credit Services
- Participating in Order To Cash transformation projects
- Thinking outside of box, offer solutions to resolve complex situations
Must Haves
- Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must (minimum C1 or equivalent).
- Cash Application or Cash Collection background
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Independent approach
- Strict following agreed deadlines
- Comfortable with M.S. Office – mainly Outlook, Excel and Word
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Driven by goals and deadlines
Nice to Haves
- Educated to degree level in Business or related field preferred
- Post School Accounting Qualification is desirable
- Accounting experience within a commercial organization is desirable
- Experience within a Financial Shared Services Environment or Cash Application and/or Credit Coordinator field.
- Experience in using SAP.
