Commercial Cluster Manager
The EMEA Regional FP&A team has the responsibility for providing financial planning services, business analytics and reporting for Finance colleagues and business partners in 33 countries across the EMEA region
This position reports into FP&A Finance Director and is based in Prague, Czech Republic.

What You Will Do
The Commercial Cluster Manager is responsible for the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated stakeholders within the local Business Unit Finance (BUF) groups .
This role will support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated stakeholders within the local Business Unit Finance groups, as well as direct business partnering with SG&A budget holders. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct support to Cluster BUF – Key “Go To” person for BUF finance director/controllers etc
• Ownership of Business plans and forecast updates in Onestream including ensuring accurate and timely submission of data
• Business Plan support and analysis – P&L, Balance sheet, Headcount and other key financial data
• SG&A planning and direct business support
• Liaison with counterparts in Transactional EBS team on Month/Quarter end close including BVA reporting
• Responsibility of SOX control related to Planning submissions
• Recommend and put into place overall process improvements
• Ad hoc projects or requests as required
• Managing one member of staff.
• Conduct formal performance and career conversations with direct reports according to the Kenvue framework to fully understand career aspirations, set SMART goals and leadership commitments and appropriate development objectives
• Foster an environment of teamwork, innovation and sharing of ideas

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For

• Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification

• +6 years’ work experience

• Demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour in all areas of responsibility, and act as a role model for Kenvue behaviours and values

• Financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent, with significant post qualified financial experience

• Experience working in one or a combination of the local markets

• Strong accounting background

• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, One Stream and ideally Kenvue systems

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required

• Fluent spoken and written English essential

• Other European languages desirable
