Náplň práce

• Collaborating with the Vice President on strategic planning and implementing the company's operational goals across all its entities.
• Being responsible for the effective management of PBS Group’s departments, including improving operational processes.
• Identifying and analyzing areas for improvement followed by implementing effective solutions.
• Managing key operational projects to ensure their successful execution.
• Developing and motivating teams focused on operational activities to ensure a high level of communication and leadership.
• The ability to quickly adapt and identify key linkages, influences, and consequences within corporate processes.
• Supporting decision-making processes aimed at improving operational efficiency and sustainability.

Požadujeme

• University degree, ideally in a technical or economic field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with an emphasis on operational activities, ideally in the industrial sector.
• Proven results in operational management and quality improvement.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to effectively manage operational teams and processes.
• High level of communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt and navigate new environments.
• Ability to see connections, influences, and consequences within operational processes and implement appropriate measures.
