Executive Assistant to Group CEO

We are currently searching for an experienced administration professional to support our Group CEO in HQ in Prague. What will be your responsibilities?
  • Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Group CEO (calendar, expense reports, travel plans and agendas, composing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, etc.)
  • Compiling documents for Group CEO meetings
  • Planning, coordinating and ensuring the Group CEO's schedule is followed and respected
  • Providing "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role for access to the Group CEO's time and office
  • Working closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Communicating directly, and on behalf of the Group CEO, with Board members and other stake holders on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives
  • Covering back office agenda together with a team assistant
  • Covering corporate events together with a team assistant in cooperation with HR
What do we expect from you?
  • At least 3 years of experience on a similar role
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office)
  • Fluent English and native level Czech or Slovak
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Proactive attitude and positive approach, extreme flexibility
