Overview:

Your main tasks will be:

• Oversee and manage integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
• Ensure that our integration solutions are efficient and aligned with the organization's goals.
• Ensure data integrity and optimum performance of all integration processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and technical skills development.
• Effectively allocate resources within the team, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed, and team members are utilized to their full potential.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related communications, liaising with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and clarity.

• AWS (Lambda, Glue Jobs, DMS, App Flow, S3, SNS, SQS)

• Ia C (Pulumi + Go Lang)

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in integration roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior position.
• Technical expertise: Hands-on experience with Data Hub, Data Lake, and other integration approaches. Experience with cloud solutions – AWS, Azure, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Proven ability to lead a team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize requests.
• Advanced proficiency in Czech and English.
