Join Our Dynamic Team as a Claims Coordinator at MAN ES – License Sales and Service!

You will play an important role in:
As a key member of our Claims team, you’ll handle claims, manage orders, and follow up on deliveries related to replacement shipments. This role requires independence, a strong sense of team spirit, and the ability to work with colleagues from diverse Asian cultures.
Moreover, you will:

Process customer claims efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments.
Communicate with our Asian licensees and MAN’s local offices in Asia.

We imagine that you are:

A dedicated professional with a deep understanding of service and customer focus.
Experienced in claims processing/handling, preferably in a technical role.
Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
Knowledgeable in SAP/R3 (a major advantage).
Commercially savvy with experience in similar roles.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Can work structured with a strong overview of open and pending cases.
Proficient in Outlook and not afraid to pick up the phone to follow up on pending cases and orders.
