Join Ambu Global Supply Chain as a Project Manager in the Global Supply Chain Operations & PMO department.
Are you an energetic and driven professional with a background in Supply Chain and Project Management? Ambu, a global leader in single-use flexible endoscopes and medtech solutions, is looking for a Project Manager to lead key initiatives and drive success across our projects.

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and secure buy-in throughout the project lifecycle. Navigate organizational dynamics, turning holdouts into allies.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage 2-3 concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and address obstacles.
Communication: Deliver concise and clear updates, using structured communication frameworks.
Presentation Skills: Utilize storytelling to create compelling business cases and narratives in presentations, ensuring clarity and impact.

Suggested candidate profile

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:

2-3 years of proven experience in project management and supply chain management.
Great stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills with expertise in crafting structured and concise reports and presentations.
A positive, energetic, and driven personality, ready to take ownership.

You thrive in a fast-paced international environment that is characterized by cross-functional teamwork.
