Vessel Deployment Lead - IME & EAF - Copenhagen, Denmark
As a Vessel Deployment Lead, you will be at the forefront of planning and deploying our assets to meet customer demands while aligning with our Ocean and Integrator 2030 strategies. Your role is crucial in ensuring that we deploy the right vessels for the right services, optimizing reliability, cost efficiency, and capacity utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Deployment: Collaborate with Ocean Network Product teams to develop and execute vessel deployment plans that align with business cycles and customer needs.
- Strategic Planning: Set and adjust deployment plans to meet seasonal demands, repair schedules, and strategic directives from Chartering.
- Performance Management: Work closely with Network Portfolios and Operations Execution to balance cost and capacity while ensuring high utilization and reliability.
- Product Management: Ensure that deployed products remain flexible and scalable to adapt to market and operational changes.
- Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with Deployment counterparts to optimize trade and service collaborations.
- Customer Focus: A strong orientation towards customer-centric solutions and commercial agility.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach with the ability to identify issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Proactive Leadership: High energy, self-motivation, and a drive for achieving results.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively across hierarchies and functions.
- Effective Communication: Strong negotiation and influential communication skills.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends and dynamics.
