Labor Law Compliance:
Advise and assist the HR team in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law changes and their implications for the organization.
Prepare and submit required labor law documentation, such as contracts, employment certificates, medical coverage
Record Management:
Establish and maintain efficient systems for employee record management, including physical and electronic files.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data.
Implement data retention policies and procedures.
HR Administration:
Provide administrative support for various HR functions, such as employee relations.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.
Project Support:
Contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Assist in the implementation of new HR systems or processes.
Votre profil
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Egypt
Excellent organizational and time management skills..
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Le plus de l'offre
University diploma in HR or equivalent minimum 5 years work experience as HR generalist in an international environment and matrix organization
English and Arabic are mandatory + some knowledge in French if possible
Digitally integrated & strong (Excel, Word, & Power Point)
