The Role
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team and lead the charge in navigating market trends, identifying prime investment opportunities, and developing strategic solutions tailored to client needs. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing demand-supply dynamics, crafting detailed financial models, and presenting comprehensive strategies that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the analysis of the Egyptian real estate market, including demand-supply dynamics, investment trends and patterns, and economic indicators.
- Take the initiative in identifying opportunities for clients, proposing innovative solutions, and driving projects forward.
- Develop and present comprehensive real estate strategies tailored to client needs, leveraging market data and industry best practices.
- Develop excel financial models to assess investment opportunities, valuations, and feasibility studies for clients.
- Assist in handling client communications.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch consulting services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience within a Real Estate Company/ Team
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
