• Understand the SEB Group Risk Frameworks around credit, market, liquidity and non-financial risks – where non-financial risk will be the main focus area.
• Understand local regulatory requirements on risk control as well as the impact of regulations and changes thereof.
• Support the business in understanding their risks and facilitate the identification of new and emerging risks.
• Support in the preparation of risk reports for local management and Group Risk Oversight.
• Control and monitor risk limits/tolerances.
• Escalation of potential breaches in accordance with Group Risk Instructions and follow-up of agreed risk reduction measures in the event of limit violations.
• Assist in ensuring that all business units have sufficient knowledge of the SEB Group Risk processes, tools and reports relevant to their business.

• 
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally previous professional experience in a comparable position and specific knowledge in the Non-Financial Risk area.
• Persistent, curious and dare to challenge in a constructive manner.
• Collaborative –collaboration with colleagues locally and globally is essential for success in the role.
• Interested to work with financial risks but have mainly non-financial risks.
• Great in communicating in English.
