Are you a seasoned technical leader eager to drive strategic impact across end-to-end technical execution? Join us as a Technical Project Lead in our Services function, where you’ll take charge of technical planning, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success. Collaborating with talented teams in Slovakia, Finland, India, Malaysia, and the US, you will lead the delivery of technical projects for our largest partners. You will ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeframe, adapt plans to meet evolving requirements, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure our solutions meet stringent quality and compliance standards.

In this role, you can choose to work either at our Finland or Slovakia office.

At F-Secure we want to be efficient and transparent in our recruiting. Our hiring process will consists of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview and final interview. Our aim is to move quickly through the steps, and inform each candidate on a timely manner whether they will proceed in the process.

Key responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of technical delivery from the start through implementation, ensuring all project goals are achieved and aligned with company objectives.
Oversee daily operations, resolve technical challenges promptly, and maintain smooth execution.
Continually adapt project implementation plans to meet evolving requirements and stay responsive to emerging needs.
Work closely with Test Leads, Solution Architects, Program Managers and Technology Teams to align and achieve project milestones.
Ensure that every deliverable upholds our high standards of quality and compliance, addressing both technical and regulatory criteria.

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a professional with diverse experience in technical project and product leadership, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments. To be successful in this role, you should have:

7+ years in Technical Leadership with experience in roles such as Technical Lead, Technical Project Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Product Engineer, ideally within a Services or similar function.
Extensive experience in designing, planning, and executing end-to-end technical projects, with a keen ability to keep teams aligned with project goals.
A collaborative background working with Test Leads, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to ensure strategic alignment and shared vision.
Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance requirements, with a track record of ensuring all deliverables meet these standards.
Ability to respond to technical challenges swiftly, adapting plans as needed to accommodate changing requirements and priorities.
Skilled at communicating complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders, ensuring a unified understanding across all teams.
