Your Role:
- Developing BI solutions and KPIs to support business decisions
- Optimizing and analyzing BI stack & processes
- Performing in-depth analysis to identify key business risks and opportunities and make recommendations
- Creating visualizations and reports for requested projects
- Analyze, collect and clean data including the analysis, reporting, and dashboards of key metrics and KPIs
- Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex datasets to extract insights
- Identify new internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives and work with appropriate partners to absorb the data into new or existing data infrastructure
- Communicate & understand KPIs from diverse departments (Finance, Risk, Marketing, Product etc.)
- Work with data engineering teams on Data Lake project
- Contribute to establishing a strong data culture across the organization
- BSc or MSc in Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science, or relevant field
- At lease 2-3 years of prior professional experience in similar role
- Strong SQL skills, highly advanced with MS-Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.)
- Coding experience with Python or experience with Data Bricks is a plus
- High drive, can-do attitude, proactive and flexible to changing business demands
- Knowledge and/ or experience in the gambling industry is a strong plus
- Statistical knowledge in standard techniques: Logistic Regression, Classification models, Cluster Analysis etc.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, in both languages, English and Greek
