ICAP Recruitment Solutions , on behalf of its client, a multinational industrial group of companies with offices in the city of Thessaloniki, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of:
Compensation and Benefits Specialist – Ref. 5678/CBS/RS/GR
The candidate will contribute to creating a merit-based and goals-oriented work environment within the company, ensuring its competitive position in attracting top talents.
Requirements
Collect and verify the accuracy and completeness of Job Descriptions across the Group, proposing changes where necessary.
Evaluate job Descriptions and determine their importance, categorizing positions into appropriate grades and salary ranges.
Monitor market trends related to compensation and benefits, conducting analysis and benchmarking for all Group positions.
Control and monitor the Group's payroll costs
Participate in updating the Group's Organizational Structure.
Contribute to the procedures of the Group's Compensation System.
Participate in the Group's Payroll & Headcount Budget process.
Support the Group's Performance System process by overseeing the Goal Setting and Evaluation process.
Regularly calculates compensation variables based on performance.
Participate in the Group's salary adjustment process.
Trains and supports Group staff and subsidiary HR personnel in processes and systems.
Regularly checks the data from foreign subsidiaries as well as the payroll and cost reports.
Supervises and recommends changes, where required, to employee data in Greece and subsidiaries.
Extracts personnel data for the Group and creates reports related to workforce, organizational structure, payroll costs and benefits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field
Master’s degree in HR or certification in Compensation and Benefits is highly desirable
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Proven working experience for more than 3 years in compensation and benefits administration, payroll, finance or related HR functions
Working experience in a multinational environment will be appreciated
Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to solve problems and handle sensitive information discreetly
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, coupled with a detail-oriented approach and high accuracy.
