Dutch Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through installation processes and explain service features.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and document customer feedback for continual improvement of services and offerings.
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Ability to work independently in a remote working environment while managing multiple tasks.
