Dutch Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their inquiries regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device settings.
- Guide customers through the setup processes and explain various service features effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain clear records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Collect and report customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
