Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via chat, email, and phone
- Handle 20-25 cases per day across multiple channels
- Utilize and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Stay updated on product features and technical specifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in IT support or related technical field preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Patient and empathetic approach to customer service
- Base salary: €1,300 per month
- Monthly performance bonus: €260 - €300
- 13th and 14th month salary
- Relocation package: Free flight ticket and 2 weeks hotel accommodation
- Assistance with finding long-term housing through partner agency
- Comprehensive training program
