We are seeking skilled Finnish-speaking professionals to join our technical support team in Athens, Greece. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide advanced technical assistance for a range of digital products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 technical support via chat, email, and phone

• Assist customers with troubleshooting complex issues related to digital platforms and apps • Support content creators and monetized partners with account management and content-related problems

• Handle 20-25 cases per day across multiple channels
• Utilize and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Stay updated on product features and technical specifications

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in IT support or related technical field preferred
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
• Patient and empathetic approach to customer service

We Offer:

• Base salary: €1,300 per month
• Monthly performance bonus: €260 - €300
• 13th and 14th month salary
