French Speaking Video Streaming Support - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support to French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through service features and assist with setup processes effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and report customer feedback to inform service improvements.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the tech or streaming industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote working environment.
