French Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account management, and device compatibility.
- Assist customers in setting up services and guide them through service features.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of queries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and report customer feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and related technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote working environment.
