ICAP Executive Search , on behalf of its client, a leading food manufacturing company with a strong commitment to quality and excellence, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Director.

HR Director (5687/HRD/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term business objectives to drive performance and growth.

Design and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Promote a culture of continuous learning, development, and employee empowerment across the organization.

Manage the HR function budget, ensuring effective cost control while delivering high-value HR services.

Foster a high-performance culture by driving employee engagement, organizational development, and change management initiatives.

Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and act as a key advisor on complex HR issues to senior management.

Oversee compensation and benefits programs, talent management strategy, company’s payroll and performance evaluation processes

Coordinate compliance activities related to labor law and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 7 years of HR experience in a senior HR leadership role.

Experience in the production or manufacturing industry is a must.

Comprehensive knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.

Results-oriented, with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Fluency in English, both oral and written.
