The IT Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of client’s technology infrastructure to support the diverse needs of its manufacturing processes. This role involves managing the company's IT systems, networks, and software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.

Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation in collaboration with colleagues.

Implement and manage ERP systems, production planning tools and other software applications.

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Provide technical guidance and support to resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting the company's technological requirements.

Evaluate and recommend investments in technology that align with business goals.

Manage relationships and negotiate agreements with IT service providers, vendors, and contractors.

Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime in case of IT failures.

Ensure IT systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to information security and data integrity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, infrastructure upgrades, database management.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance.

Familiarity with BI tools and analytics for informed decision-making.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Excellent communication and written skills in English.

Demonstrated leadership in driving technological change and innovation.
