ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client a Greek food manufacturing company based in Crete, is looking for a skilled professional for the position of Sales Supervisor Organized/Non-organized Trade to join its team.
Sales Supervisor based in Athens (5690/SS/ESS/GR)
Position Summary:
The Sales Supervisor Organized/Non-organized Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing new and existing customer relationships.
This role reports to the Owner/Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients (buyers in retail companies and key partners).
Implement sales promotion plans and execute promotional activities to boost sales and enhance product visibility in the market.
Conduct regular sales visits and auditing to ensure satisfaction, compliance with the agreement, new launches and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with merchandiser, sales support, production and inventory team members for the optimal implementation of the sales plan and coordination of orders and deliveries.
Execute strategic sales plans tailored to each key account based on the commercial agreement.
Track and report sales performance and inform marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze competition to identify new accounts, new opportunities and threats.
Travel within Attica and other big cities in Greece.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative/ Sales Supervisor handling big accounts in organized and non-organized trade within the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of sales and trade marketing principles, with a focus on retail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Business and Sales mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
