Technical Support & After-Sales Representative for Agricultural Machinery (Massey Ferguson)
This role combines technical knowledge, collaboration management, and customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to authorized sales points and partners, aiming at evaluating and monitoring processes.
- Supervise and develop the after-sales partner network and authorized workshops.
- Assess potential new partnerships with official repairers.
- Communicate with the factory to resolve technical issues.
- Manage warranties, recalls, and technical manuals.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults.
- Organize and deliver technical training for the official network partners.
- Handle customer complaints and provide customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree from a Technical Education Institute (T.E.I.) or vocational training (I.E.K.) in a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and dynamic personality.
- Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office).
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is desirable.
Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and effective multitasking.
- Problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
- Initiative and decision-making skills are necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
- Expertise in handling complaints and customer service.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Greece.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
