Accounting Assistant (Property Management)

Accounting Assistant (Property Management) (Ref: 240001JG)
Responsibilities
  • Perform general accounting and disbursement functions relating to property management including preparation of accounting journals and data entries for review by seniors.
  • Preparation of management charge billings, update of sub-ledgers and process refund of fitting-out deposits to owners and contractors
  • Assist in the preparation of bilingual financial statements for estate management funds to owners, with audit schedules and supporting reconciliations
  • Handling inquiries from management offices / suppliers
Requirements
  • Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages and Mathematics, preferably with post-secondary education in Accountancy
  • A minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial System and Excel application are advantages
