Assistant Accountant

As an Assistant Accountant in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
Responsibilities:
-
Prepare monthly financial statement and accounting reports on a timely basis
-
Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
-
Prepare Accounts Reconciliation monthly
-
Monitoring the accounts payable and arrange payments to suppliers
-
Job scope will cover the two Mandarin Oriental hotels in Hong Kong.

Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-
Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
-
Above 2 years of relevant experience
-
Previous experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
-
Familiar with experience in computerized accounting system, SUN System
-
Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
-
Self-initiative, attentive to details and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Proactive, detailed-oriented, hands on, multi-tasking and able to work independently and under pressure
-
Immediate available will be an advantage.
