The appointee will be part of the School’s undergraduate student recruitment and admissions team. Duties include but not limit to program marketing and admissions for Undergraduate students for the School of Science, preparation of marketing collaterals, event management, and production of multimedia content for educational and promotional materials including video, posts on social media and setup of online meetings and webinars, etc. The appointee will also provide secretarial and general administrative support to various committees and perform any other duties as assigned. The appointee is expected to work with people from different cultural background and at different levels. Occasional work outside normal office hours and out of Hong Kong may be required.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the tertiary education sector; the ability to work independently and flexibly; a service-oriented mindset; strong sense of responsibility; team spirit and an outgoing personality. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, attentive to details and multi-task oriented; possess excellent communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and have good knowledge in IT and software applications (including Chinese word processing), Excel, Access, Power Point, database management, and website maintenance. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
