Assistant Manager / Officer (Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program)

The appointee will be responsible for the efficient and professional administration of the world-class Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Office. Major duties rest in program operations, including and are not limited to providing logistical class support; arranging for catering and accommodation, updating and maintaining databases; managing relationships with vendors and any other duties as assigned. The appointee will also be involved in event organization, which includes execution and on-site management of activities such as orientation, alumni events and seminars.

Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably with hands-on experience in dealing with senior executives and within a multinational environment.

Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in English, with knowledge of Chinese.

Personal Attributes: Outgoing, excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT and project management, as well as problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience: Sourcing and production, hospitality management.
- Availability: Willingness to work on weekends and outside normal office hours, and to travel overseas.
Duration of 2 years, renewable.
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits and staff bus will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
