Where will you work?

Carna by Dario Cecchini , a contemporary steakhouse from the legendary butcher from Tuscany, Italy and designed by the award-winning Hong Kong designer Joyce Wang. Dario’s rich Italian heritage, philosophy of eating sustainably, and dynamic personality provide a whole new perspective of what steakhouses can be.

What will you do?

Assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in Restaurant

Provide guests pleasant dining experiences by delivering exceptional service to the customer

Transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality

Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests

Close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments

Clean and set-up of tables and food stations

Knowledge and skills

Relevant working experience of signature restaurant is an advantage

Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated

Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility

Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
