We are looking for a passionate and experienced Demi & Commis Chef to join our team to deliver a high-quality and unique dining experience and advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Carry out daily hot and cold food preparation and cooking under supervision such as prepping, chopping, sorting and storing food items needed for cooking.

Follow the assigned instructions and recommendations to complete the daily tasks.

Adhering to ensure food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in western cuisine restaurant, lesser experience will be considered as Commis Chef.

Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Good knowledge of food processing methods and good team player.

Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication skills.

Hong Kong Citizen only.
