Consumer Insight & Growth Supervisor (Ref:240001FH)

Responsibilities

Provide support in planning and conducting regular tracking and ad hoc market and consumer research projects including questionnaire design, project coordination, data analysis and report writing
Gather market trends and maintain research databanks for in-depth analysis
Prepare and communicate research outputs and market intelligence in a clear, concise and engaging way using charts and graphics
Work closely with research agencies and ensure quality deployment of research projects and findings
Perform ad hoc projects or other supporting tasks as assigned

Requirements

Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Statistics / Social Sciences or a related discipline
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in market research, analytics, CRM or data processing and programming
Good knowledge of different quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and PC software including Power Point and Excel
Experience in using advanced analytical tools (e.g. SPSS), visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and online survey platforms will be a plus
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good report writing skills with strong business acumen and commercial sense
Proactive, creative, and analytical thinker as well as a good team player with positive attitude
