Customer Care Officer $18k (6/12 months contract) 5 days Shek Mun

Job Descriptions

Provide customer service to handle enquires and complaints
Responsible for data entries, document checking
Support ad hoc projects when required

Requirements

HKCEE/DSE or above
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficient in Chinese/ English typing
Proactive, responsible, diligent and detailed minded
5 days’ work per week.(Mon to Fri) (09:00-18:00)
Working Location: Shek Mun
